Construction Superintendent
High Rock Waterproofing Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship
- Review project plans, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building and safety codes
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction projects
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and construction documents
- Familiarity with construction software such as Raken and Blue Beam
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage project timelines and budgets
